Background

Pernod Ricard created its Compliance Days Challenge on the OuiLive platform to train and raise awareness among Group employees about its Ethics & Compliance policy and also generate traffic on its various platforms and internal channels. The gamification of this policy should allow Pernod Ricard to engage its employees, to strengthen the feeling of belonging and cohesion while ensuring the updating of employee knowledge. The audience was segmented by geographic area with pre-created teams corresponding to the Group's various Management Entities and Brands. Participants were able to answer quizzes, complete photo challenges, complete surveys or even challenge themselves thanks to the stepcounter. The awards allowed the best team to donate to an association and the best participants to enjoy a special moment with their colleagues or to benefit from individual prizes.

Bringing the challenge to life

The Challenge is built over a period of 10 days with stages corresponding to the various themes of the Group's Ethics & Compliance policy. OuiLive Challenge Managers supported the client's project team to integrate their corporate content, ensure regular monitoring and provide ongoing assistance to ensure the commitment of Pernod Ricard employees. The gamified experience and ease of use have made it possible to unite more than 4000 people all over the world, including in China, while facilitating the dissemination of messages. The Compliance Days were promoted on the client's various channels, from the intranet to human relays within the teams, including internal posting.

A successful challenge!

The Pernod Ricard Group has a Code of Business Conduct on which all employees must update their knowledge every year. With nearly 25% of Group employees involved in the Challenge, the Compliance Days event exceeded customer expectations. In particular, the participants' feedback highlighted a better understanding of this E&C policy and the importance of digitalization and the gamification of messages, thus strengthening the desire of the Pernod Ricard Group to expand its actions in this area.
