How does Planity promote the cohesion of the 400 employees spread across the territory within the framework of the Euro and the 24 Olympic Games?

Background

Planity is a French online appointment booking platform dedicated to hair salons, beauty institutes and barbers. It allows customers to book services in real time, while professionals optimize the management of their schedule and increase their visibility. This is their first challenge with OuiLive. The preparation time was short, but customers were able to access “turnkey” challenges without requiring major modifications.

They used the Dashboard to monitor registrations and extract data. We present here our collaboration through the analysis of two challenges organized at close intervals: the first, on the theme of the 2024 Olympic Games, aimed to raise employee awareness of this event, while the second focused on the predictions for the European Football Cup. The objective of these challenges is to strengthen cohesion between employees and to organize an event around the major 2024 sporting competitions. (notably the Paris 2024 Games).

Bringing the challenge to life

The support and monitoring of the challenges by OuiLive were considered very good. The responsiveness and availability of the Challenge Manager were particularly appreciated, particularly for the rapid implementation of the Euro 2024 challenge. The customer Dashboard proved useful for monitoring registrations and extracting data, although the customer did not has not made any changes directly to it.

The Olympic Challenge took place in 4 stages over a period of 12 days, in order to maintain a high level of employee engagement throughout the event. The Euro Challenge is extended over 10 stages and a duration of one month and 5 days to coincide with the organization of the competition. The communication around the challenge was developed and implemented by OuiLive, in accordance with the expectations and needs of the client , with versions in French, English and German.

The communication kits, fully personalized and consistent with Planity's visual identity, included various messages, videos, visuals, accompanying documents and key data, making it possible to promote the whole of the challenge.Communications were broadcast before, during and after the challenges, with the aim of informing, inspiring and leading the challenge, while maintaining strong participant engagement.

A success!

The Challenge is a success, an emulation was created with an engagement rate of 86%. The participation is noteworthy with 175 tipsters and 177 Olympians. The completion of active participants stands at 84%, which reflects employee retention on the challenge and a certain attractiveness.

The Challenges were appreciated, particularly the team chat which was used by employees, as a real vector of cohesion. The project manager highlights a very intuitive and flexible dashboard.‍
