How did the Mutuelle Nationale des Hospitaliers (MNH) manage to gamify and challenge its sales representatives to generate leads while improving their image with medical institutions?

Background

The Mutuelle Nationale des Hospitaliers (MNH) wanted to achieve several objectives through an interactive challenge:

  • Generate leads by gamifying and challenging their salespeople.
  • Improve the image of mutual insurance among existing and potential customers.
  • Engaging and energizing MNH's sales teams. To do this, each MNH salesperson had to go to various health institutions to propose a collaborative challenge operation within these structures. Institutions were invited to pre-register participants, give their consent to be contacted and access the challenge.

The challenge, focused on sport and Olympism, was deployed between May and July 2023. The aim was to engage as many medical institutions as possible, with more than 800 targeted institutions and more than 50 institutions that actually participated, bringing together more than 3800 participants in total.

Bringing the challenge to life

The implementation of the challenge was carried out thanks to a close collaboration between MNH and OuiLive. A shared folder, which made it possible to keep sales representatives informed of the activation on the interface in order to allow them to talk about it directly in the field and guide the agents to create an account and to monitor registrations, participations and results in real time. A teasing phase was implemented to generate interest and commitment, followed by various activities around sport and Olympism. A unique and duplicable interface has been created for each establishment, ensuring a personalized and immersive experience.

Participants were able to take advantage of quizzes, photo and video challenges, as well as interactive activities, strengthening team cohesion and commitment. Finally, the participants were able to benefit from a reactivity on the OuiLive side with Challenges being activated within less than 24 hours.

The implementation of the challenge was carried out thanks to a close collaboration between MNH and OuiLive.

A successful challenge!

The challenge was a real success. MNH has observed excellent overall satisfaction, both from its sales representatives and from participating establishments. The challenge not only generated valuable leads, but also boosted MNH's sales teams and strengthened their relationship with healthcare institutions. Participants had the opportunity to win goodies, which added a fun and motivating dimension to the challenge. Faced with this success, MNH plans to repeat the experience as soon as possible, with the same format and new themes, to continue to strengthen engagement and generate leads.
