Background

The third edition of the Amundi Crédit Agricole National Inter-Entity Challenge was launched to (re) discover the themes of the Engaged Range, focused on green financial products. This challenge aimed to train and animate employees around these themes, strengthening their knowledge and commitment. The teams, pre-created by the regional bank, participated in various modules, including quizzes, photo and video challenges, pedometers, polls, and forecasts. The awards included a financial contribution to four associations, motivating participants to be actively involved.

Bringing the Challenge to Life

The challenge was structured to take place over a defined period of time with daily activities, supported by OuiLive Challenge Managers. These managers collaborated closely with Amundi Crédit Agricole's internal teams to ensure regular monitoring and provide ongoing assistance, thus ensuring active employee engagement. With 2810 participants from 21 regional banks, the Agir pour Demain Challenge exceeded expectations in terms of participation and commitment. Amundi Crédit Agricole observed a better knowledge of green financial products among employees and a significant contribution to three associations. The participants' feedback highlighted a better understanding and promotion of green financial products, thus strengthening the company's environmental values.
