Background

For its 2nd OuiLive challenge on the occasion of Road Safety Days, Sixt organized an event focused on road safety in partnership with the Road Prevention Association (APR), which modified some content of the stages of the challenge. Sixt took care of the launch and communication. Being a car rental company, it is essential for Sixt to make its employees aware of the dangers of the road. The challenge included quizzes, photo/video challenges, surveys, and sports activities, with “eco-friendly” rewards for the winners.

Bringing the challenge to life

The challenge was well structured, with effective support for resolving technical issues. OuiLive Challenge Managers collaborated closely with Sixt to ensure a smooth and engaging user experience. The promotion of the challenge has been optimized through targeted communications and promotional material. The feedback made it possible to study how OuiLive can be useful to Sixt on various types of future projects, in particular fun and training initiatives.

A successful challenge!

With 137 participants divided into 54 teams, the challenge was a success. Sixt noted good participation and great satisfaction with the OuiLive application, which was appreciated by employees. Although Sixt would have liked an even greater participation which was not possible due to a very busy period for the Sixt teams, the company plans to use the platform for its future challenges, in order to make a long-term commitment and to animate new projects. The feedback also suggested changing the type of rewards for more impactful prizes for future challenges.
