Background

The fourth edition of Amundi Crédit Agricole's national inter-entity Challenge was launched with the aim of (re)discovering the themes of the Engagée range, focused on responsible investment. This challenge aimed to train and mobilize employees around these topics, strengthening both their knowledge and their commitment. The teams, formed in advance by regional mutual, participated in various interactive modules, including quizzes, photo and video challenges, pedometer challenges, as well as surveys and predictions.

Bringing the challenge to life

The Challenge was designed to take place over a specific period, with daily activities supervised by OuiLive Challenge Managers. The latter worked closely with Amundi Crédit Agricole's internal teams, ensuring constant monitoring and offering ongoing assistance, thus ensuring active employee participation. The OuiLive application enabled a fluid and engaging user experience, providing a simplified access to information and promoting dynamic participation in challenges. Promotion of the Challenge was optimized through targeted communications and appropriate promotional materials.‍

A successful challenge!

With 5,399 participants from 29 regional mutuals, the “Agir pour Demain” Challenge far exceeded expectations in terms of participation and commitment. Amundi Crédit Agricole has seen a notable improvement in the understanding of responsible investment among its employees. Feedback from participants highlighted better knowledge and promotion of responsible investment, thereby reinforcing the company's environmental and ecological values .

These effects are manifested by the colossal number of points accumulated throughout the Challenge, reaching 15,865,760 points, which shows that the modules were well followed. The sports part was also well received, with 384,419,711 steps accumulated over the entire Challenge. The integration of educational modules on responsible investment also aroused keen interest among employees, contributing to the success of the challenge.‍
